A sufficient variety of accommodation is available in Thessaloniki, ranging from luxurious 5-star to more budget-friendly 2-star hotels. All hotels indicated below are located within the city centre region; at a reasonable distance from the conference venue and also fairly near to several major sites and the shopping district. Payment requirements
• In order to book a room, send accommodation form with a deposit of 100€.
• By June 19th, 2009, tο reserve a room and receive a voucher:
- Either submit credit card information (for guarantee) and the card will be charged on site, upon arrival at the secretariat desk. To download the Credit Card Guarantee Form please click here.
- Or pay through bank transfer or direct bank credit card charge (Please click here).

Upon receipt of your credit card information or notice of payment of the remaining amount your will receive your hotel voucher with all the relevant information. In any other case, the reservations are not valid.

Cancellation policy
The initial deposit of 100€ will not be refunded.
- For Cancellations up to June 19th, 2009, there is no further charge.
- For Cancellations between June 19th and July 15th, 2009, a refund of 50% of the total cost will be charged (100€ is included in the total amount) .
- For Cancellations after July 15th 2009, there is no refund, the total amount will be charged.

Changes
After you have submitted your accommodation form, any changes concerning hotel, arrival, departure or type of room must be sent in written to the Administrative Secretariat (SYMVOLI-Conference & Event Organisers).
There is no extra charge or cancellation fee for any change, only readjustment of the final total price.
